The building was insulated and new locker rooms and a coaches room were added, along with a Zamboni room.  The Blue Line Clubs "sky boxes" on the northeast corner were enclosed, and the lobby area was also enlarged.  In the mid 90's the Rice Lake Hockey board decided to replace the red, white & blue jerseys with the blue and gold colors worn by the Rice Lake High School hockey team.
