The Rice Lake Hockey Association is still a non-profit organization licensed by the state and there is no private ownership of any kind.  The members of the association elect the board each year and all serve in a voluntary capacity. The Rice Lake Hockey Arena now stands as the center of the hockey growth that marks the City of Rice Lake.

The volunteer spirit here continues and the desire for future growth is strong.  With the numbers of youth in the program growing, as well as a desire to have more ice time made available for figure skaters as well as for hockey, the hope is to upgrade the current outdoor rink adjacent to the indoor facility and eventually enclose it.
