Please read before beginning registration process.
Step 1: Sign up and register with USA Hockey
A. Go to the USA Hockey Website and Register
CLICK HERE
B. Choose member type Ice Player/Coach.
C. You must be 18 years of age to process a registration.
D. Check the box that acknowledges that YOU are 18 or older.
E. Select the correct season – 2010-11.
F. Follow the prompts...fill in all data correctly.
G. Process payment – Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (credit or debit card). A Visa gift card will also work.
You may print your Confirmation page at this time. It will also be emailed to you immediately after the registration is completed.
Each participant will pay the USA Hockey fee of $30 if age 7 or older. The USA Hockey fee is waived for age 6 (birth year 2004) and younger. There may be an additional Affilitation fee of $10. The registration must still be completed to get the confirmation number.
Once you have registered all players with USA Hockey, and have your confirmation pages, please return to this site to register with RLHA.
Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
Step 2: Sign up for an Account with RLHA
In order to register as a hockey player in the RLHA. you must have an account with the RLHA Website.
Step 3: Register with RLHA
ALL RETURNING PLAYERS MUST REGISTER ONLINE AND ATTEND ONE OF THE REGISTRATION SESSIONS: Make sure you have your USA Hockey Confirmation Code- this is REQUIRED to register with the RLHA.
NEW PLAYERS MUST ATTEND ONE REGISTRATION SESSION: New players may also register online ahead of the registration session – or - laptops will be available at registration.
REGISTRATION SESSIONS
We will hold two registration and information sessions on Tuesday, September 14th and Wednesday, September 15th 6:00pm to 8:30pm at the Rice Lake Hockey Arena.

Step 4: Fill out the following paperwork and bring to registration.
The following forms must be submitted in conjunction with your on-line registration. No player will be allowed to be on the ice without these forms properly submitted. NEW PLAYERS MUST ALSO SEND A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
Step 5: Bring your Work Hours Deposit Checks
All families must turn in their work hours deposit at the time of Registration if you DID NOT opt out. These checks should accompany all of the paperwork to be turned in at the begining of the season. This is a requirement for your child to participate.
Please write your child’s name in the memo line of your checks. Your checks will be returned following the completion of your volunteer.
