2020-2021 SEASON INSTRUCTIONS
Participation in the Wreath Sale fundraiser is required of all Association families, except for Learn to Skate/Play Hockey, who are welcome to sell wreaths if they wish. If you do not wish to participate in the Wreath Sale the buyout option is $175 for one skater and an additional $50 for each additional skater per family with a family maximum of $250. Concession bucks will be awarded to all sales over the first $100.
The Wreath Sale is separate from the work hours buy out, so you must either complete or buy out separately.
Each player is required to sell a minimum of $175 worth of items. If there is more than one player in your family, you must sell $50 of additional items per player – max. of $250 per family.
YES, YES, YES!! You ARE allowed to sell more than the minimum ☺

ALL ORDERS AND MONEY MUST BE TURNED IN TUESDAY , OCTOBER 13TH AND THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15TH. FINAL TURN IN DATE WILL BE OCTOBER 19TH BY 6:00 PM. I WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ORDERS AFTER THIS DATE!!
BRING ORDERS AND MONEY TO ARENA TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13TH OR THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15TH BETWEEN 5:30PM – 7:30PM OR FINAL OPPORTUNITY IS MONDAY, OCTOBER 19th UNTIL 6:00 PM

IF FOR SOME REASON YOU CANNOT BRING YOUR ORDERS AND MONEY TO THE RINK OCT.19TH EITHER SEND THEM WITH SOMEONE ELSE, OR CALL/TEXT MICHELLE (715-296-4002) BEFORE OCTOBER 15th TO ARRANGE TO GET THE ORDER & MONEY COLLECTED.
As always each family needs to deliver the wreaths they sell. Delivery of the wreaths to the Arena will be on Thursday, November 19th. Watch for dates and times to be posted at the Arena. On time delivery to customers is very important because they want the wreaths fresh and in plenty of time for the holiday season.
A COPY OF THE ORDER FORM WILL BE MADE SO YOU WILL KNOW WHERE TO DELIVER YOUR ORDERS.
This is the primary fundraiser for our association. Typically, orders are submitted in mid-October and wreaths arrive in mid-November for pick up and distribution. LTP/LTS participants are not required to sell wreaths, but are encouraged to do so if they wish. All other players are required to sell $175 worth of items for one skater with a family maximum of $300. Remember you can always sell more!! The buyout option is $175 for one skater and an additional $50 for each additional skater per family with a family maximum of $300.
At registration, you are required to write out a fully refundable check for your wreath sales requirements. If your sales requirements are fulfilled we will destroy your check. If requirements are not fulfilled you will owe the association any dollar amount that you are short of your $175, or your total family requirement. You will be required to present a check for the shortage before your original check will be returned to you. If you choose not to submit a check for the difference, your buyout check will be cashed in full and kept by the association on 10/22.
Wreaths will be here NOVEMBER 20th! Please make sure you pick up & deliver your wreaths to customers ASAP so they are fresh!
Please keep in mind that the sooner you pick up your wreaths the better. The longer they sit around in piles the sooner they will dry out, which will lead to unhappy hockey association supporters; which we do not want!
Finally, if you have a customer that is unhappy with their product please let us know ASAP so we can get them a replacement. This is obviously at no cost to the client. It is very important to us that the people that support our association receive a quality product.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR LATE ORDERS. ALL ORDERS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 19th @ 6:00 PM
