Registration

'21-'22 Winter Season Registration Now Open

The 2021-2022 season will kick off in October with tryouts for Squirts, PeeWees and Bantams, and November for LTP, Mini Mites & Mites.  Please keep an eye on the calendar for specifics as we “tweak” the schedule over the next several weeks.   As a reminder our Learn to Play program is now called Mini Mites, this program will be geared towards kids 6 and under.  The minimum age requirement for registration into the Learn to Skate program is 4.  If you are requesting an exception please email us at Ricelakehockey@gmail.com

Please register early to ensure that you continue to receive our emails!  Our email list is based off our registration list and we will discontinue using the 2020-2021 registration list and switch over to the 2021-2022 registration list in early November.

RLHA will continue to offer FREE registration to kids in the Learn to Skate and Mini Mites (birthdate in the 2015-2018 age range)!!!  Payment plans for all other levels are available at check out.   RLHA recognizes that hockey equipment (and sports in general) is expensive, but we want ALL kids who desire to play hockey - to play hockey!  If there is a financial burden that prohibits you from registering your son or daughter please contact us as we don't want anyone not to play.

As always, RLHA has hockey equipment for kids in the LTP, Mini Mites & Mites program.  Please keep an eye on the calendar and your email for information on equipment hand-out.  We also have a limited supply of equipment available to Squirts, PeeWees and Bantams if needed.  Please email us if you need help acquiring equipment.

Volunteer Hours:

As an association that runs on volunteers we need the help of all.  All players in Mites-Bantams will be asked for 2 volunteer hour checks at the start of the season, if you complete your required hours your checks will not be cashed, if your hours are not met, the board will then cash your checks.  Each hour is equivalent to $10 so 30 hours would equal $300 in volunteer checks broken out into $150 per check.  Here are the required hours per level, we do max a family at 40 hours or $400 dollars.
